Finally I’m working on my Thesis-Project at the University of Applied Sciences Wiesbaden – HSRM. The basic idea of this project is to make a research of my personal life as a human and so called artist or designer. Mainly I want to discover the influences of the past and present that effected me in my behavior and work.

I wrote nearly 100 pages trying to sum up the memories of my 25 years on this planet and asked some friends to write down their honest impression of my person.
Through these words I got a better base to handle the development of the concept for a sophisticated layout. After several versions I decided to expand the book-project to the web. In this section you will find a documentation of the layout-process for the book itself, which concentrates on the story, without showing much works. Therefor you find a sorted and selected schowcase of my progress as an artist in the “work catalogue”. The selected works are mostly never shown personal sketches.

Here you can see the main stages of the layout I’ve done so far. The current version nr. 16, on which I am working right now will be the last and final one.
I don’t think that this project will be a temporary one because I’m curious about keeping up on it in the future. So far the project helped me to accept and also to finisch some personal emotional conflicts.

Furthermore there will be a single-show at the Schauraum-Gallery in the Artfactory Worms in February 2010, where I will exhibit also Sideprojects that turned out while working on this book. Please feel free to take a second look the next days because I’ll update these sections regularly until the end of the Exhibition.

I was invited to develop a visual concept for the online-tv show of the webshop Fotemia. My work included mainly the creation of an introanimation and the conception of a workflow-productionprocess aswell as the first few productions themselves. The testimonial Michael Muenkner is well known as the radio presenter voice of the german radiostation Radio FFH. I was happy to work with the very skilled and experienced AD Nils Lundgruen whom I got to know during the different Projects at Fotemia.

Besides the tv-show production I supported also the graphic-department in the areas of newsletter- and broshuredesigns.

A folder for the b4-Consulting Group. The content promotes a management seminar for people who want to get ahead with both: career and family.

The Muse Magazine is a try to translate the antique muses of the greek mythology into the time of nowadays. The content presents every of the nine muses with a photographical and illustrative part. Furthermore the magazine presents personal reports of living artists and their experiences with the several muses.

This project was my intermediate examination at the university.

This editoral design project was mainly concepted as a portfolio-magazine for young or unknown artists of every kind. The prototypeversion was printed in a limited edition with four different kind of papers, which were used to underline the artistic content of the magazine. The work included concepting the magazine and it’s style, shooting the content and managing the production of the prototypes.

While working for Michael Eibes Design I was able to develop this little catalogue. It contains the products of his shop A20-Couture aswell as the shirt designs of 888Monkey.
